An Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) is a comprehensive psychological examination conducted by a licensed clinician who is independent of the treating provider. IMEs are used in legal, insurance, and workers' compensation contexts to:

- Assess the nature and extent of a psychological injury or condition

- Evaluate causation and apportionment

- Determine current functional capacity and level of impairment

- Provide objective, expert clinical opinion for litigation or settlement purposes

Deposition Testimony: $750/hour

Fees are due prior to the evaluation. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled evaluation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
