I have a deep commitment to foster a supportive and inclusive environment everywhere I go. I understand the vulnerability it takes to ask others for help, and through my empathetic and positive outlook I strive to make everyone feel comfortable in taking that first step. I am passionate about encouraging others to prioritize their mental well being and removing the stigma around mental health. I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a minor in Applied Psychology. While I have held various roles within the mental health field, my experience is primarily with the Management of Clinical and Administrative Operations within Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. My purpose is driven by the opportunity to continue offering compassionate support to the clients I serve as part of this multidisciplinary team.
