CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CLIENTS!!

My passion has always been helping people grow and thrive as their best selves. This ultimately led me to obtain a bachelors degree in psychology from California State University Channel Islands, masters degree in clinical psychology as well as pursing a Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology both from Saybrook University (est. completion December 2024). I have been working in behavioral and mental health specifically within crisis stabilization, severe mental illness, substance use treatment and acute care. I use a variety of modalities tailored to each individual including evidence based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Strength Based Therapy.

As my passion for psychology continues to grow, I was able to pursue an additional role as college instructor, lecturing on various topics within psychology. It’s a privilege to be apart of one’s educational journey towards being a future clinician.

I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss as well as life transitions.

My passion for helping people achieve their best selves continues to be a driving force in the work that I do. I strongly agree that “One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.” - Abraham Maslow
